Intake Filters

Proper selection of Paint Booth Air Intake Filters for enclosed paint and powder coating booths requiring a dust free environment can go a long way in preventing product rejects. Whether your requirement is for roll media or cut pads, flat media or extended surface, un-constructed or self supporting, tacky or dry texture, AFT can assist with any standard or custom sizes needed. Special sizes are never a problem and are welcomed.

Series_610_Panel

Series 610

Series 610 panels and links are designed for light commercial and industrial applications in which you need an economical solution. The Series 610 is designed with 2 layers of polyester. The down-stream layer has a light tackifier to enhance performance. MERV 7 – based upon 52.2-1999.

Series_65_Panel

Series 55 Anti-microbial

Series 55 panels and links are designed as an economical solution crossdraft intake air filtration in paint spray booths in the automotive and industrial finishing markets. 75% efficiency on 10 microns. Two layers, 100% polyester with downstream tackifier. Heat sealed to 9 gauge internal support frame.

Series_65_Panel

Series 65

Series 65 panels and links are designed for heavy duty yet economical crossdraft intake air filtration in paint spray booths in the automotive refinishing and industrial finishing markets. 80% efficiency on 10 microns. Two layers, 100% polyester, 3-ply media with downstream tackifier. Heat sealed to 9 gauge internal support frame.

ff

Series FR-1

Filtrair FR-1 media is designed for premium crossdraft and select downdraft intake filtration in paint booths in the automotive refinishing and industrial finishing markets. Panels and links consist of 2 distinct layers of media combined with a non-migrating tackifier that results in more than 90% filtration efficiency on particles 10 microns and greater. It is rated UL900, Class 1, and is temperature resistant up to 212°F with peaks to 250°F.

AFR-1

Series AFR-1

Filtrair AFR-1 media is designed to provide the highest possible level of performance in all crossdraft and select downdraft paint spray booths requiring a flat panel configuration.  AFR-1 panels are constructed of 100% polyester media impregnated with a non-migrating tackifier.  The 3-ply design with scrim backing results in more than 95% filtration efficiency on particles 7-10 microns and greater.  This sturdy combination results in a filter that eliminates fiber migration or filter media oscillation during operation.  It is rated UL900, Class 1, and is temperature resistant up to 212°F with peaks to 250°F.

Series FF-560GX™

Filtrair FF-560GX is designed to provide premium diffusion intake air filtration in paint spraybooths used by the automotive refinishing, aerospace and industrial finishing markets where controlled laminar air flow is required. It is designed with synthetic non-woven fibers, thermally bonded and progressively structured, with 100% tackification for maximum efficiency and dust holding capacity. A supporting downstream polyester scrim increases stability and reduces particle migration and prevents fiber migration while maintaining low pressure drop. Greater than 99%+ efficiency on particle sizes 7-10 microns and greater – Filter Class EN 779 M5. Rated UL 900, Class 1. Temperature resistant up to 212°F with peaks to 250°F.

Series 625

Series 625

Series 625 self-supported panels and links are designed for heavy duty, high velocity commercial and industrial HVAC applications. 3-ply, 100% polyester media impregnated with an internal non-migrating tackifier. It is non-toxic, unaffected by humidity and inherently resistant to microbial growth. Heat sealed to a 9 gauge internal support frame. Rated UL 900, Class 2.

Series 1010

Series 1010

Series 1010 self-supported panels and links are designed for commercial and industrial HVAC applications. Dual tackified, 4-ply, constructed of 100% polyester media impregnated with two non-migrating tackifiers. MERV 8 rating with an initial resistance not to exceed 0.25 inches w.g. UL 900, Class 2.
